My Experience with Dutch of Rubber Duck Technology was more and better than expected. I’ve had other technology guys work on my laptop which is the lifeline of my business and it always was the same thing, very complicated and very time consuming and of coarse very expensive. When Dutch came to repair my laptop, he fixed my problem quickly and explained in layman’s terms the problem and was very reasonable. Then, he went above and beyond and recommended tweaks that would make my machine run faster. He ordered parts that I needed and kept in touch with me when they came in and he scheduled the appointment. I did not have the chase him to complete the work. I have recommended Dutch to many of my friends and will continue to do so because of his expertise, workmanship and professionalism.

I hope that you can use this and it is not too late, but it was very easy to write. I should have said this to you a long time ago.
